Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Dizem service: the application at app.dizem.ai and the cloud features of the Dizem — AI Visibility for WooCommerce plugin. By creating an account or connecting a store you agree to them. Questions: hello@dizem.ai.

The service

The WordPress plugin itself is free software, licensed under the GPLv2 (or later); its catalog audit runs entirely on your own site and is not governed by these terms. The cloud service — AI-visibility scans, monitoring, and the hosted dashboard — is a separate, account-based offering. Free snapshots are one-time scans; ongoing monitoring is a paid service billed as agreed when you purchase it.

Your account and your store

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials and API keys confidential, and to connect only stores you own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse, probe, or disrupt the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

Data

What we collect and how we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting your store stops all transmission; previously synced data is deleted on request.

Scan results

Visibility scans observe how third-party AI assistants answer at a point in time. Those systems change constantly and are outside our control; results are provided for your information and we do not guarantee any particular visibility outcome.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that affect paid functionality.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your connection at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination, the Data section above continues to apply to deletion of your data.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above, and notify account holders of material changes by email.
